This is a Marie Osmond Dolls Mothers' Day 1996 Lapel Hat Tie Pin Souvenir. It is in excellent condition. It measures approximately 1-3/8 inches in height & about 1.25 inches wide. As with anything that is pre-owned or previously used, there may be some signs of age or use. Most of the pins or other items listed are pre-owned or used. When I state that the condition is excellent, it is stating that for the age of a piece, it is in an excellent condition relative to its age.
