The objects: Carl-Harry Stålhane's beautiful vibrant Brown Copper/Reddish Black toned miniature SAO bowl with glossy finish & dripping glaze pattern. It was decorated by hand, giving it a unique touch. The set was crafted in the 1950s at the Rörstrand factory. A brilliant mid-century piece from the Swedish master! A factory 1st quality piece in excellent vintage condition with only very minor signs of wear & scratches as per photos. Glaze still vibrant & fresh, only minor signs of wear. Signed as per last photo. Approximately 8,5 cm wide x 4 cm tall. The artist: Carl-Harry Stålhane (1920-1990) is one of the most renowned representatives of the illustrious Swedish ceramic design of the 20th century. He is well-known as the artistic leader for Rörstrand in the 1960s. His name is synonymous with high ceramic quality, magnificent creative design & brilliant craftsmanship. Among Nordic pottery collectors, Carl-Harry Stålhane's "alphabet bowls & dishes" are often of great interest. These hand-thrown or molded objects were marked underneath by three letter codes describing their shape. Each model was crafted in a few hundred to a few thousand pieces in the 1950s & 1960s.
