Listing is for this previously owned Dept 56 Dickens Village Cobles Police Station Lighted Christmas Village House, its in nice condition but outer sleeve has stained & bown spots on it, may be dusty from storage, includes light cord which may or may not include a bulb or the bulb may not work, box & styrofoam insert. It is approx 6-1/4" wide by 7" tall. This item will ship free using UPS or USPS, UPS requires a physical shipping address & will not deliver to a PO box, free shipping applies only to the lower 48 states of the USA, so please do not purchase if you live in AK, HI or any US territories. Shipping heavier or larger items is usually cheaper using UPS, if you want a shipping quote for either one please send me a message & include your zip code.
