The graphic depicts a pink & black owl with the caption "Be Wise/Save Your Dimes & Bring Them to Chattanooga TVA Employees Federal Credit Union." "TVA" is the acronym for Tennessee Valley Authority. There's a copyright date of 1955 on the back & "William Exline Inc. Cleveland, Ohio." Each folder holds $3.00 in dimes & has "THE EASIEST WAY TO SAVE A DOLLAR IS FIRST TO SAVE THE DIMES." At the time of this listing, there are 6 available. All six folders are in nice condition with only a little wear. That wear might be in different places depending upon the folder. I don't think, however, that they were ever used.
