Each one comes with attached discs that are engraved with the names & birthdates for your loved ones in an easy to view & adorable way. You provide your names & birthdates you'd like on the discs that attach. They will be engraved with the name & day on each one then attached to the corresponding months that they were born. Each months discs are attached with a wine tag holder for easy shipping & attaching at your home. All discs within the same month are attached to eadch other with split rings. Each one comes with up to 20 discs included. If you need more than 20 discs, they are available at additional cost.
