A standard delivery term is 3-5 business days for the USA, 1-5 weeks for worldwide delivery. The shop can not be responsible for delays or damage caused by a shipping courier. But if you have issues, please contact us in private messages - we will try to help. Exchange & Refund: Skins can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the receiving. The skins should be returned in their original condition (unused). Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. But if the item arrived damaged we will gladly provide you with another one. Using sanitizers is possible, but we recommend trying it somewhere on the edge because different reactions are possible. The shop is not responsible for any damage caused by a customer Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have Here is easy instruction for skin application: Step 1. Find a test skin (and don't forget to take it off before placing the skin with a print . It can be a white skin without any print or with another print. Please, use it to train how to stick a sticker, this experience will help you to understand how it works. Step 2. Take the skin & put it on your device (do not take off the bottom layer). Check the size of the skin. If it is wrong (too big, too loose) please, message us on Etsy & we will help you). If everything is right, let's go ahead. Step 3. Take a napkin & clean your device's surface from dust. Leave it to dry. Step 4. Take a bowl with clean water. Add a drop of liquid soap (do not use a lot of soap, it will spoil your skin). Mix the water & soap. Step 5. Remove a sticker from the paper bottom layer. Step 6. Sprinkle some water on your skin (the sticky side). Don't cover all the skin with water, you need some drops on it) Step 7. Put a sticker on your device. Check the edges fit. Step 8. Use a napkin to squeeze the water from underneath the sticker. Use a credit card (or any other plastic card) to remove water & bubbles. Please, do not use hard force to move bubbles, you can cut the skin. Step 9. Let it dry for 20-30 minutes. Step 10.
