The coloring will vary depending on the kind of lighting. Moss Agate is a Chalcedony with dendritic inclusions of Manganese, Chrome, and/or Iron. These crystals come from Brazil. Tree agate is also known as dendritic agate. Dendrites are crystal inclusions that develop in foliage or tree branch-like patterns. in tree agate, these dendrites create a beautiful green dappling effect on a white base. Some of these are Moss Agate & some are Tree Agate. The ones that feature a opaque white base with "tree like" patterns is Tree Agate. The ones that feature a translucent base with "moss like" patterns is Moss Agate. These crystals come from Brazil.
