Mrs Claus Tutu Dress is a fun comfortable Christmas gift for little ones. The dress is made out of velvet, under the green velvet skirt are layers of red tulle to make the skirt more fluffy & fun. There's a red tulle detail again on the neckline. All of our products are handmade in Istanbul in our little atelier. The fabrics we use have certifications proving safety of the materials. Please feel free to contact us regarding sizing concerns or have any questions on how to read the sizing chart. For example, if the costume consists of two parts (top-skirt or pants-shirt etc.), & you need different sizes of each item, please contact us so that we can make sure all parts of your costume fits perfectly. MATERIALS & CARE You can find the material list & care instructions on the label. PACKAGING & SHIPPING Please feel free to contact us for any questions & wishes about your order. Once your order has been placed, we prepare your package & ship it within three business days. All our packaging is made with eco-friendly material. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified & can track your order. Your package will be shipped out of Istanbul, Turkey & should arrive within 3-7 business days. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & ExCHANGES CANCELLATIONS You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you received your order. in order to cancel an order, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us by sending us an email or contacting through our shop page. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days upon receiving the returned items. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Cancellation fees will apply if you fail to cancel before the order is shipped in order to cover the shipping costs. RETURNS in order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The goods were purchased in the last 14 days The goods are in the original packaging, all tags are intact. Following goods cannot be returned: Products made to your specifications, personalised order. Products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
