Rare & beautiful brilliant cut glass bowl by J D Bergen. This cut glass bowl is in their hard to find Ivy pattern. It features columns of notched cut prisms above & below a band of alternating hobstars fields of cut silver diamonds. The bottom of the bowl is cut with a large hobstar. in my research I have only been able to find photos of pitchers, this is the first bowl I've found. The bowl measures 3 3/4" high, 9" in diameter & weighs in at over 4 1/2 pounds. Overall the bowl is in very good condition, however there are fleabites on several of the rim teeth & a couple shallow flake chips. Please see photos. These fleabites do not detract from the beauty of this bowl. There is some light wear to the inside bottom of the bowl.
