Look at the detail on this fantastic old round metal radiator or vent cover. Probably Arts & Crafts, from the 1890s to 1910 period. Made of solid metal, this has developed a rusty & textured patina. I like how the pattern combines hexagons & squares & gives this a look almost like a trellis. This round one is a little larger than most, as the vent grate cover measures about 11 1/2" in diameter & about 2 1/2" thick. The three louvers on the back open & close smoothly using the louver lever on the front, & it would benefit from some lubrication. It weighs about 8 pounds. in good condition.
