The only difference between the two years are the markings on the front of the piece: either "Royal Watch Charter 1996" or "Royal Watch 1997." A small quantity were produced with "Royal Watch Charter 1997" in error. The mouse is hidden in the whales' tails. Hallmarks include apple, clock with month 11, HBC logo, & Pc.
