We made our wall hanging with 1/2" Birch or MDF & it is cut out on a CNC machine which gives more of an intricate cut. Our wood cutout is hand painted or stained & sealed with a clear gloss finish. Our products are handmade & no two will be exactly alike. There may be small imperfections in the wood that will not impact the beauty, quality, or function of your wall hanger. Our English Bulldog door sign comes in four choices: Choice #1: comes with a honey oak stain background, "Welcome" is done with white vinyl lettering, topped off with a bandanna out of our red/black buffalo check fabric with white paw prints. Choice #2: comes with a ruby stain background, "Welcome" is done with black vinyl lettering, topped off with a bandanna out of our fabric with tie dye paw prints & bones on black background. Choice #3: comes with a black painted background, "Welcome" is done with white vinyl lettering, topped off with a bandanna out of our black/white buffalo check fabric. Choice #4: comes with a black painted background, "welcome" is done with white vinyl lettering, topped off with a bow out of our black/white buffalo check ribbon on top a tan burlap ribbon. RETURNS: (Custom orders cannot be returned) If you purchased an already made wall hanger & are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know you are returning the item. The item must be shipped back in the original box with packing materials for safe shipping within 7 days of delivery with USPS Ground Advantage & a tracking number. Please take a photo of the tracking number & send it to us through Etsy messages. Once received we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
