However, vinyl is a plastic & is not indestructible. It is highly advised to avoid automatic car washes to prevent chipping or peeling your decals as the high pressure & brushes can damage the vinyl, especially vinyls with foil/holographic finishes. When it is time for a wash, it is highly suggested to opt for a "Touchless" wash, or carefully hand wash. All banner & decal purchases come with QR code instructions for proper applying. Scan with your phone's camera to open the video link. Vinyl is made with permanent adhesive, meant for an outdoor/waterproof durability of 5+ years. Can be easily removed with Goo Gone or isopropyl alcohol & a scraper. Allow to dry. -Scrape over both sides of decal with an old credit card or plastic scraper to assure the decal is adhered to the clear transfer tape. -Carefully separate clear tape layer from white paper backing, making sure the vinyl stays attached to the clear tape. -Carefully line up your decal & gently place down. Reposition as needed. If alignment looks good, scrape from the CENTER-OUTWARD, assuring there are no air bubbles under the vinyl. -Slowly remove the clear transfer tape by pulling straight back, not up! This will leave your vinyl adhered & intact. -If there are small air bubbles, they will disappear after a few days in the sun. Larger air bubbles can be smoothed down by poking a small pin hole & releasing the air. A hairdryer may be useful for this as well. 7Th Ward Car Club Decal | Flowers
