DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT WHILE USING YOUR FIREPLACE. THIS IS MADE OF WOOD & WILL CATCH ON FIRE. Please Order BEFORE October 1 if you want delivery in time for Christmas. We cannot guarantee a Christmas delivery if order is placed AFTER October 1. Custom-made fireplace cover. We use solid wood & these covers weigh between 30lb-50lbs depending on the size & design. INSERT: We make the inserts 3/8 inches smaller than the dimensions you give us so it fits snug inside the fireplace. The insert slides in & slides back out. No need for Velcro, magnets or screws. (Though we provide those if requested or neeed) We can send shims (small pieces of wood) that you can place in-between the cover & your fireplace for a more secure fit, if needed. COVER: The top of the cover overlaps the opening between 1-2inches on the sides, depending on cover size. It hides the space between the opening & insert. The weight of the insert pulls the cover back & helps it stay parallel against the wall. COLOR: We know picking out the right color can be difficult. Stain samples are available AFTER ordering. We do not send stain samples if an order has not been submitted. PLEASE NOTE: This item is handmade using wood. You may see variations in grain pattern, knots, & color from what you see on screen. Don't hesitate to reach out & ask. PRODUCTION: (Shipping is 6-8wks from order date) Depending on the amount of orders we receive, we will start working on the cover 1 week prior to shipping. From start to finish, this item takes about 1week to complete. I will notify you once we begin production or if we foresee a delay in shipping. ORDERING: When ordering round down on your measurements & add a personalization or message us with your exact measurements & what color stain you want. We will message you to discuss & confirm.
