Each Label includes the Front, Back, & top seal label. Labels are sent as a Digital File that you can print yourself HOW TO ORDER Customize the text on these labels like you want. Use your imagination & fill in each spot. I will take special care to get you exactly the label you want. Just add what you want in the personalization box below & I will design it for you, & send you a proof before I send the final PDF (refer to the image for details & placement) Front: Spot 1 Event Spot 2: Title Spot 3: Location Sport 4: Date Spot 5: Leaf symbol, Age, Pick from the symbol list or Provide a symbol Spot 6: Name, Title or Event Spot 7: Name, Title, Event Spot 8 & 9: Names on each side, or message in middle Seal Label (Thin label over lid): Spot 10: Name, Title, or Event Spot 11: Name Title or Event Back: Choose between the 4 options in the pictures. If you want to add a picture, send me a photo in the space provided. Pictures will be changed to Black & White & crop to fit. Feel free to ask me any questions before you order. Proofs Once you place an order, I will send a digital proof to you via Etsy Messages. Please look over the proof for any errors. We all make mistakes & this is our attempt to catch them. Please respond to the proof with an approval, or let me know if you would like any changes. If changes are requested, I will make the requested changes & send a new proof. Once a proof is approved, I will have the PDF file sent as soon as possible If I don't get a response within 5 days of sending the proof I will go ahead & send the PDF. Please check for proofs & respond. (Please check your SPAM folder as well) I try to send proofs within 24 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours. PRODUCTION TIME Orders Generally take a 1-3 days for creation once you place your order. REFUNDS Refunds can not be given once a proof has been sent.
