Quite the opposite! Our cases are made of solid hardwood, with steel mounting hardware (no screws to come loose!) & include an externally accessible HDMI/USB input. The top is protected by 1/8" thick plexiglass. Sitting on 1/2" raised feet, the power cord slides under the case wherever it is most convenient. Our unique design allows ANY modern set to be used as long as the thickness is less than 3.1". To be clear: this listing does NOT include a TV. We do offer listings with the TV included in the price, but it will ship separately. Please make sure you are using the correct listing while ordering. Installation is very easy with no tools required. Takes about 5 minutes. So fast that you can remove the TV & have it work double duty when not in use for a session. For example, I am typing this on our group's TV right now :) in the "Personalization" box enter the TV model that you would like to use. We'll look up the specs & build the case to your TV's dimensions. I've never had one not fit (knock on wood) & there are no visible gaps whatsoever.
