This listing is for a vintage U S Army Medical Department creamer & sugar set. It was made around the 1940's. The bottom of the creamer is marked Royal China. The covered sugar bowl marked Sebring. There is a slight flaw in the red on the creamer that is common in this piece & a very tiny flea bite or manufacturing flaw on the base of the creamer. There is also marks on the base, knob & inner rim from use or storage. Please look at the photographs. I can also take more if needed. It is also reflected in the price.
