Absolutely gorgeous vintage unsigned early MIRIAM HASKELL mottled pink art glass & rhinestone necklace/pendant. Not signed but without a doubt Haskell. I was at first dumbfounded about this piece. It has an applied bale on a sterling silver vermeil chain. There is no spot where an original bale or clasp would have been. It is completely intact on reverse. I think this probably had jump rings on both sides going through the filigree at the top & they were then attached to a necklace. They must have gotten separated & someone applied a bale & strung on sterling vermeil chain. It's gorgeous ornate gilt brass metal with beautiful mottled pink glass loops, a Cabochon & bead & set with clear rhinestone rose montees. No loose or corroded wires. All intact. All rhinestones intact. Has classic Haskell double ornate backing. Pendant measures 3 1/8 inches long by 1 3/8 inches wide. The chain is fully loaded & measures 20 inches long with secure clasp.
