A fabulous 30's vintage hand painted opaque plastic buckle showing a striking art deco flames design, iridescent glow to the centre, gold tone metal surround clips marked made in 'Czechoslovakia' on each reverse. It doesn't look plastic, it is a very well made buckle showing art deco period influence, unusual vintage item in very good usable condition. One only.
