Since the dress is made remotely & we cannot make the fittings, you may need the help of a local tailor to customize the dress. SIZE+: If your size is above 14, please contact me & I will calculate the cost of the dress for you. PROCESS TIME: All our dresses are made to order. Production usually takes about 6- 8 weeks depending on the design of the dress. Urgent production options are available - if you need a dress for a certain date, please let us know & we will do our best to make it ready for you earlier. SHIPPING: Normally standard shipping takes around 6-8 weeks & I offer it for free. I can offer you DHL express delivery 2-6 business days (сhoose express delivery option when ordering). International buyers are responsible for any incurred customs duties. CANCELLATIONS We are able to cancel your order within 48 hours after the purchase is made. Please note that if canceled after 48 hours, we can only return 50% of the order value. Once the order is shipped it's not possible to cancel it & any refund.
