Make sure the sign is centered & push the stakes down so the sign as close to the ground. Do not add too much pressure, just needs to slide in. Please note that larger signs are shipped pre scored & folded to provide savings on shipping. Returns or Cancellations: All signs are made to order; therefore, returns are not allowed, & all sales are final. Cancellations can only be made via message 24 hours from the moment your order is placed. Shipping Damages: We do our best to package your sign as best as possible. We understand accidents happen in transit. Should your sign arrive damaged please send us pictures of the box & damaged sign along with a picture of the shipping label. The more images we have the better to make a claim with shipping carriers. Claims should be made within 24 hours of item delivery. Your sign will be replaced at no additional cost & will be sent without stakes. Please keep the stakes that are shipped with the original shipment.
