This is an original 7" x 9" black & white press photo from c. 1961-63. It's a NBC photo, from Herb Ball. The photo shows Gordon MacRae (1921-1986) & his beautiful wife Sheila MacRae (1921-2014). He's kissing her on the cheek while she is smiling, & holding his head in her right hand. Her costume looks to me to be from the musical (and movie) "Oklahoma!" which her husband starred in during the 1950s. Gordon starred opposite Shirley Jones. Alternatively, the photo could be from one of Hollywood's "Fancy Dress Balls" of the 1950s. The back of the photo was labeled "Gordon & Meredith" MacRae, although I believe this is in error, since Meredith was born in 1944. The photo is in good condition, as seen in the images. Just a very slight 'curl' to the photo because of how it was stored. It would make a great addition to your press photo or NBC film photo collection. I've stored the photo in a clear acid-free sleeve (not shown in the pictures). Free local pickup is available in Geneva, IL.
