Helicopter Happy Birthday Banner Flags have alternating red & blue cardstock backgrounds. The letters are made of white cardstock. Everything is attached with 3D 3d tape to make it stand out. Two multi-layer helicopters put the finishing touches on this banner. Everything is strung on a matching satin ribbon with plenty extra on the ends to hang. "One" is made with smaller flags (3.5") with the letters O-N-E & a helicopter on each end, made to fit on a highchair. "Happy" "Birthday" is on two ribbons with helicopters on the HAPPY banner. "Happy" "Birthday" "Name" is on three ribbons with helicopters on the HAPPY & NAME banners. "Time Flies" is on one ribbon with helicopter on the ends & clouds between words. Age option is added after Happy. (Happy 3rd, Happy 4th, etc.) Age option is not a highchair banner. It is a number after Happy. The highchair banner must be purchased separately.
