Here is the general recommendation (if you are between sizes, we recommend to size up): Wrist size of 13cm - 15cm: Small Wrist size of 15.5cm - 16.5cm: Medium Wrist size of 17cm - 18.5cm: Large Wrist size of 18.5cm - 19.5cm: Extra Large Please leave your wrist size if you are not sure which one to choose. ESPECIALLY - The strap will come free with a tang buckle.
