This is a true statement piece. The entire bezel is solid sterling silver with a 14kt gold plated rods. The octopus tentacles is solid sterling silver with a high polished black rhodium finish & the coin is made from the silver bars recovered from the Atocha & comes with a certificate stating that. This is not only a piece of history, but wearable art. I took me nearly 7 months to finish this piece. I also include a complimentary stainless steel chain with it.
