A uniquely designed Crescent City sweatshirt. All rights for characters & book references to Sarah J Maas. -The collar is ribbed knit, so it retains its shape even after washing. There are no itchy side seams on these sweaters! -50% cotton, 50% polyester -Loose fit -Runs true to size -SIZING- The size chart is listed in photos above. Please use the measurement for the most accurate sizing. Feel free to contact me if you need any size that you can't find in our drop down menu. -CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on design. -RETURNS & ExCHANGES- Every shirt, sweatshirt & mug is completely made to order. I don't keep an active inventory. Not having an active inventory makes it so that I can cut costs on what I charge for my merchandise. Therefore unless an item arrives broken, damaged, or mis-printed, I cannot issue refunds or exchanges. Please make sure your order the correct item according to the sizing/color charts on the listing, I cannot exchange out for incorrect size orders. -CANCELLATIONS- I cannot accept a cancellation after an order is placed. Each & every item is made to order, & once the order is placed, I immediately begin working on it, in order to get the item to you ASAP. After 12 hours, I am unable to cancel orders or issue refunds, as I have already paid for the production of the items. -DUTIES & TAxES- The buyer is responsible for any/all taxes & duties that are not included in the shipping cost. I have no way of calculating or charging for these beforehand, as they are charged by the government of the country the item is being shipped to, not the shipping couriers on my end. I also have no way of paying any duties/taxes on your behalf. Should your package be delayed with the following message, you will need to contact the courier & pay the duties/taxes yourself: "DUTY/TAx ASSESSED FOR PACKAGE, AWAITING PAYMENT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR PAYMENT OPTIONS." I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is out of my control. -INCORRECT ADDRESSES- If an order ships with an address that was incorrect due to the error of the customer, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges to have the item returned to sender (me) & then re-routed to the correct address. If you notice you input an incorrect address before the item ships, PLEASE CONTACT ME ImmEDIATELY so I can correct it in my system before it ships out.
