Payne's Valley Golf Course, located in Ridgedale, Missouri, is a spectacular new golf course designed by the legendary golfer Tiger Woods in collaboration with Johnny Morris, the founder of Bass Pro Shops. The course, which opened in September 2020, is named after the late Payne Stewart, a three-time major champion & Missouri native who tragically died in a plane crash in 1999. The course is part of Morris's Big Cedar Lodge resort complex, which includes several other highly regarded courses. Payne's Valley is a championship course that measures over 7,300 yards from the back tees & features a par of 72. The course is set in a beautiful Ozark Mountain landscape & offers stunning views of Table Rock Lake & the surrounding hills. The layout is challenging, with undulating fairways, strategically placed bunkers, & large greens that require precise approach shots. However, the course is also very playable for golfers of all skill levels, with multiple tee boxes on each hole.
