A truly rare American wild collected Mississippi pearl. These pearls continue to be more scarce with the loss of the shell fish they are found in. & a pearl of this size takes many years to grow. This pearl measures 11 x 10 x 6mm or approximately 5ct. The shape of the pearl is a plump full wing. The color is a warm peach at the top as it washes down to the feather like tip, almost white. A very special pearl. I've included pictures from many angles to help show the lustrous feathered surface. This bespoke pendant is fashioned from 10k gold. The pearl is securely held in place with lovely textured curls of gold like unfurling fern fronds. As if that weren't enough, there is a sparkling Old European Cut diamond above the pearl!
