Description
This item is a heavy, 14 oz pub "pint" glass with thick base, sand etched with three B-52 Stratofortresses followed by contrails that spiral around the glass. I know, it's not a full 16 oz pint, but just about everyone preferred the heavy base on this glass, & how it looks & feels, & it still easily holds a 12 oz beverage, unless you pour like a madman without regard for the foam. Why sandblast? It just looks far better than other methods. The design is etched into the glass by sandblasting, so the frosted area is very strong & uniform, with a clearly defined edge you can see & feel. While it's a more involved process, I feel that sandblasting creates higher quality results compared to laser or chemical etching techniques. This is a new design I'm listing, so for now I'm not advertising any text or custom options here on Etsy. I'm focusing on getting examples of the different aircraft made & photographed, & the listings built an published.
