A rare find from Coach. The bag was made during the 1970s in the original Coach factory in New York City. It's a hard-to-find envelope clutch style. What amps this rare find is the color.... a stunning red that's in remarkable vintage condition. The only visible wear is a slight darkening under the flap showing how the exterior has lightened ever-so-slightly over the last 50 years. There's a few tiny scratches & tiny indentation mark on the front as well. I've done my best to get close ups, but they are quite small & probably happened sitting in a drawer or closet all these decades. I'm not sure if it was ever carried as the structure of the leather appears new. A true collectible, the bag is sure to become a beloved favorite in any serious Coach collection.
