This listing is for one fused glass Monstera houseplant ornament. It features sweet heart shaped leaves on bright green stems. They make the perfect gift for any plant lover. Can be hung on a Christmas tree, or displayed year round. Due to the handmade nature of this item, each one is unique & will vary in color & pattern, see photos for possible variations. This one of a kind fused glass piece was handcrafted with love by me, Alison Slaff Carl, in my home studio in New Jersey. What is fused glass? Glass fusing is a form of glass art where different pieces of glass are melted together (fused) at high heat in a glass kiln. in my fused glass art I hand cut each piece using a scoring tool, running pliers, & a grozer tool. Once I have completed my design, the piece is moved to my kiln where it will stay for the next 12-14 hours to heat & cool slowly, reaching a max temperature of around 1500 degrees Fahrenheit!
