Vintage Van Dell Gold-Filled Flower Basket Brooch, "V.D. 12K G.F." Lightly Enameled Blue Flowers & Green Leaves with Pearl Centers This brooch measures approximately 1.65 x 1.4 inches. It is marked "V.D. 12K G.F." & "12K GF" on the reverse side. The brooch has a traditional safety clasp. This is a lovely gold-filled flower basket brooch by Van Dell. The brooch has four flowers that have a light, translucent blue enamel on the petals. The leaves are a translucent green. Each flower has a pearl center. I guess they are faux pearls, but I have seen them described as genuine. The reverse side has the gold filled marks, & the brooch has a traditional safety clasp.
