Use the dropdown menu to select. -4x5in -5x7in -8x10in 3) Type the monogram exactly how you want it to appear in the personalization text box. (for example: "h" will be left lowercase, "H" will be made uppercase) 4) Specify a paper color (white or ivory) in the personalization box as well as lined or blank. If you would like a proof sent via Etsy inbox before your notepad is printed, please let me know that in personalization as well (just type "proof requested") 5) Select add to cart & choose your shipping & payment methods.
