Folk art religious painting. the painting is on a very old piece of thin canvas, painted to look like a stained-glass church window with christ on the cross. the colors are brown, black, green, red, beige/yellow. the painting is in an oak frame, a shadowbox deep frame painted gold, measures 19 1/4" x 15 1/4" x 2 1/8". the gold paint on the frame is original & there is age, darkening & a few tiny spots on the finish on the frame from age. when purchased the painting was in the frame with the glass broken. the frame has been cleaned, the new glass has been added, it has been secured back in the frame & has a new dust cover & wire hanger. great gift, beautiful religious wall art.
