Create your story: we will email you a link to a document, which will guide you through the process of filling in the words you'd like featured on the scarf. This should take you 15-30 mins (it's a great opportunity to reflect on these special moments or things that you are memorializing!) 3. Design: sit back & relax while the magic happens! 4. Proof: receive a sneak-peak of your design over email, before it goes in for production. You may ask for alterations in color palette if you are unhappy with your selection at this point. 5. Receive your perfect gift: you will receive an email once your order has shipped.
