Queen Anne's Lace Jelly, 8 ounces A lovely yellow jelly made from Queen Anne's Lace foraged from my land in Northern Vermont. I simmer the Queen Anne's Lace flowers to make a tea. I add organic Italian Volcano lemon juice to the tea, organic cane sugar, & Pomona's pectin. The jelly is water bath canned so that it is shelf stable until opened. Once opened, it will last a couple of weeks in the fridge. The jelly has a lemony floral taste that is a crowd pleaser. It is lovely on toast & pairs well with various cheeses. It would be a great accompaniment to a charcuterie or cheese board. Queen Anne's Lace Jelly is Summer in a Jar! Ingredients: Queen Anne's Lace tea, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Italian Volcano lemon juice, organic cane sugar, & Pomona's pectin.
