Original hand signed 1861 "One Dollar" note issued by "The Central Bank of Alabama" from Montgomery, Alabama. The hand inscribed serial number is "5765". Danforth Wright & Co. engraved this example featuring Justice at center with "ONE" to her right. The note will be shipped in a protective sleeve with a dated, hand signed Letter of Authenticity with a photograph of the currency above.
