Coil built Lotus Treasure Pot by Diane De Baun is inspired by the Buddhist Pot. The top is a metal Buddha statue. Glazed in royal gold & fired in electric kiln. Measures approx. 8 inches (to top) & 6.5 inches wide. This pot was made with the coil method where ropes or strips of clay are added & smoothed one at a time to build the pot. One of the most ancient methods of pottery making.
