You're looking at a remarkable British-made double-sided porcelain enamel Ingersoll Watches advertising sign that dates to roughly the 1920s. This piece was manufactured by the reputable sign maker, Imperial Enamel Co. Ltd. of Birmingham. Both sides are in very good shape with some chips around the mounting holes, some scuffs etc; which all add to the character & authenticity of the piece. Just a wonderful piece for the watch or clock collector. Measurements: 27.25" long x 15" tall. Pick up is available from Berkeley, CA.
