Description
Whimsical & cute blue bird earrings. Hand painted on watercolor paper. They come with a surprise whimsical bird watercolor. The earrings are water resistant but not waterproof. Sweet little blue birds dangling on fine silver wire & on argentium silver earwires. The backs are painted in a slightly deeper blue color. I first paint the birds & carefully hand cut them out along with the painted background paper, then glue the 2 painted pieces together. Once they are dry, I sand the edges of the birds & seal them a few times with acrylic sealer, sanding between coats. I put the birds on a long dangle I made with fine silver wire. Then attached them on argentium silver earwires. They are lightweight & wonderful. See all photos for details. I have pictures of my other earrings in this series of wings & birds. The bird earrings in this listing are numbered B2, just to reference in the group photo. A lot of time & thought goes into creating & making these beautiful earrings.
