Our adjustable cuff bracelets are unique because of the nature of hand-stamping each letter at a time. We polish & shape them to size & inspect quality before boxing & shipping them out! We want our customers to be completely satisfied, so please let us know if we've made a mistake on your order, we will work to make it perfect every time! We include a small polish pad in all of our brass & copper cuff purchases due to the natural oxidization of these metals over time. We also recommend purchasing a jewelry polishing cloth to keep your cuff's shiny. You can also easily give these beauties a natural shine in a bath of water + dish soap + lemon juice. Our aluminum cuffs are pure & less reactive to one's skin than sterling silver! If you purchase one & wear it non-stop for years (we don't blame you! We do too...), the black lettering (which is acrylic paint) may need filling in again. Our at-home remedy for this is coloring these letters in with a black sharpie, & then cleaning it with a jewelry cloth or windex & a paper towel. All items are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. Upgrades are available as requested. I will happily ship straight to a giftee as well as include a personal note as requested, just leave me the info in the note to seller at checkout. SHIPPING TIMES: While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for Domestic delivery & up to 4-5 weeks for International delivery before resending/refunding for non delivery.
