Laser engraved photo props are the perfect baby shower gift! NO Hardware is included with your order. Please leave baby's first & middle name in the personalization box. Discs are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Personalized items are not eligible for return. However, if your order was damaged please send us a message. - Orders are shipped from Maryland via USPS 1st Class Mail to all domestic addresses. USPS 1st Class Mail takes 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. If you are in a hurry, you have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout. The shipping upgrade ONLY speeds up delivery time & NOT processing time. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE! Simply Social Designs is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect shipping address. If you provide an incorrect shipping address & the package is returned to Simply Social Designs we'll be happy to reship it to the correct address, at your expense. If it isn't returned to Simply Social Designs you will need to order again, at your expense, with the correct address. DELAYED SHIPMENTS - While USPS is still the most economical & preferred way to ship, delayed & lost packages have been on the rise. Mail is taking 10-50% longer to arrive. Please be patient. LOST SHIPMENTS - If you haven't received your package after 15 business days, please send us a message letting us know & we can either file an inquiry or a claim, depending on how the item was shipped.
