We can print your PDF print ready files or we can design the cards for you. Please select the options you want. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Once an order is placed & paid for, there is no other way to cancel your order without incurring a cancellation charge. Cancellation charges are 12% of the original order up to $45. Not understanding this or the listing will not be excusable. Please inquire before you purchase. All of our clients have been happy with our work & we have been in business for over 20 years. All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure quality. NOTE: Just having a logo is not a properly prepared file for print. We do not setup the files as a courtesy since it takes the most time in the process. The tags are printed from 2 files that are front & back & properly sized & setup for commercial printing. If you don't know what this means, then it's a guarantee you need to choose the option that comes with our file preparation/design service. Please note that a logo design is not part of the design service. If you do not have a logo, we can use stylized lettering. Your Files - File Preparation: If you choose to upload your own files, please contact us for the preparation template. You will need adobe illustrator to create the design. If We Design: We will need your logo & information typed out in a text file. We do not accept drawings of your logo. Logo design is not included. If you don't have a logo, we will use text to show your company name.
