This is a really unusual antique brooch, at first glance I thought it was the Yorkshire Rose, but that doesn't have a red centre. It is enamel on brass with a simple loop clasp. There is some wear to the enamel in places, but this is an easy restoration project. Despite searching for some time I cannot find an image similar to this brooch. The measure is in centimetres.
