Up for consideration is an antique oil painting of The Temple of Vesta. The painting is done on canvas but is laid on board. It is signed with the initials "M.W.". It measures about 15.5 by 21. It is very complicated painting as it looks like a disappearing sunset with a haze sort of gathering with little sense of color. Yet one can see tons of stone work up front as well as young lady on the ground next to the fountain...although it is pleasing to look at it is difficult to assess it is moody...if you have any questions or something to share please message me.
