This listing is for one large loaf of Sunflower Seed Wheat Bread. The whole grain used in this bread is hard red wheat, & is custom ground fresh, by me, for each loaf from the whole wheat berries. Other ingredients include all purpose flour, water, milk, honey, salt, olive oil, & yeast, plus each loaf is packed with delicious, nutritious sunflower seeds. The sunflower seeds are freshly roasted for each loaf. Each hearty loaf will make approximately 12 slices, depending on how you slice it. My Sunflower Seed Wheat Bread is made with a ciabatta dough base, which makes a light & soft bread inside with a crusty exterior. Keeps well, & freezes great. To serve, slice room temperature, heat for 15 minutes in a 350-degree oven to warm the breador toast slices in your toaster or toaster oven. My favorite way to eat it is toasted & slathered with melty butter! It also makes great gourmet sandwiches & is excellent with many types of meals.
