It's made with 4x5 inch white laser cut chipboard flags. We hand stamped the swirls with silver acrylic paint. We permanently attached the forest green card stock letters to the chipboard pieces. We used regular silver & glitter silver card stock & permanently attached the snowflakes to the center piece. The ribbons were done in red & green. This banner makes a great gift idea! This banner measures - 28 inches without spreading out the pieces. You will have excess ribbon at each end to hang the banner with & to swag it to your liking.
