From texture, airiness, & depth of color, this is the base you never knew you needed but won't be able to live without! The Mohair for this base is sourced in South Africa, from a bio-diversity-friendly, clean & ethically compliant mill. Fiber content: 72% Mohair & 28% Silk. Weight: 229 yards (25g) per skein. Gauge: lace weight Care: hand wash, cold water, air dry I can send more pictures if requested. I ALWAYS show you pictures of skeins of yarn from that bag (group of 5) as different bags of Malabrigo in the same colorway can look different! Please note that there are no dye lots for some colorways of Malabrigo, even within the same group skeins may vary quite a bit. I will do my best to "match" skeins if you order more than one. I still recommend alternating skeins throughout larger projects of Malabrigo. A note about the pictures for clarification: The price listed is per skein, as in the above description. I show pictures of multiple skeins at times so that you can see the color variation with in one bag (or between bags when I have more than one bag). For yarn purchases where you would like the yarn wound, please put it in the order notes or message me immediately after ordering. There is no charge, but it could slightly delay a larger order (although normally there is no delay at all.) I don't recommend it if you are ordering a sweater quantity of a highly variegated yarn.
