Is is 1/10 of 10K GF, SCREW BACK LAPEL PIN, AIR FORCE MERITORIOUS CIVILIAN SERVICE AWARD. This award is one of the highest awards given to a civilian through the Air Force. The Ruby stone is significant that the recipient has been recognized for this award in a prior year. New / Old Stock. Has hallmark, "SIMON" on back which stands for the E.H. SIMON company.
