Description
Lovely Yerba Mate cup made from a gourd with 900 silver mounts at neck & bottom. Does not have straw. Marked on bottom with "900," lion facing right, & another mark I was not able to make out. The silver has been decorated with repoussé flowers. The flowers appear to have gilt centers. Top piece has a shield with engraved initials FK. There what appears to be excess glue on the bottom where silver joins gourd, as best shown in photo #3. 900 Silver Yerba Mate Cup, Argentina?
